1.Professionals (doctor, or nurse, or counsellor, or psychologist, or social worker, or health worker) working at any cancer palliative care centre in Bengaluru.
2.Involved in direct patient care at cancer palliative care centre.
3.Work experience in palliative care for at least 6 months /or undergone any professional training program in palliative care.
4.Ability to read and write in English or Hindi language.
1.Those undergone any structured psychological intervention in past 1 year with respect to work stress.

Name Time Method To examine the effects of Mindfulness Integrated Cognitive Behavioural Intervention (MICBI) for professional care providers at cancer palliative care centres in: <br/ ><br>a.reducing levels of burnout and secondary traumatic stress, <br/ ><br>b.increasing compassion satisfaction, <br/ ><br>c.improving mindfulness skills, and <br/ ><br>d.enhancing psychological well-being. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Baseline (pre- one week before initiating the intervention), post- (one week after the intervention program), and follow-up at 3 months
