入选标准
- •a) Age from 18 years to 45 years of age b) B.P more than 140 mmHg c) Counselling done by psychologist pre and post treatment d) Low scores on beck anxiety inventory questionnaire e) Subjects receiving standard Doses of anti-Hypertensives.
排除标准
- •Immuno-compromised conditions such as AIDS.
- •Neurological Impairments.
- •Cognitive Impairments.
- •Musculoskeletal, Neurological or any cardio-respiratory complications.
- •Subjects on Anti-Anxiety Drugs.
