入选标准
- •Diabetic patients having controlled blood glucose level upto
- •FBS:130mg/dl
- •PPBS:180mg/dl. (American Diabetes Association)
- •c) Hypertensive patients BP < 140/90 mm of Hg
- •d) Urinary albumin between 30-300mg in 24 Hr. urine sample
- •e) G.F.R. between 60-120ml/min/1.73m2
排除标准
- •Uncontrolled diabetic patients if blood glucose level more than-
- •FBS: 130 mg/dl
- •PPBS:180 mg/dl
- •b) Uncontrolled Hypertensive patients BP ââ?°Â¥140/90 mm of Hg.
- •c) Microalbuminuria originating due to other diseases
- •d) Patients with other severe complications of Diabetes Mellitus.
- •e) Serum creatinine more than 2.5 mg.
- •f) Albumin >300mg/day.
- •g) G.F.R. <60 ml/min.
- •h) Any other serious systemic illness.
