Diabetic patients having controlled blood glucose level upto
FBS:130mg/dl
PPBS:180mg/dl. (American Diabetes Association)
c) Hypertensive patients BP < 140/90 mm of Hg
d) Urinary albumin between 30-300mg in 24 Hr. urine sample
e) G.F.R. between 60-120ml/min/1.73m2
Uncontrolled diabetic patients if blood glucose level more than-
FBS: 130 mg/dl
PPBS:180 mg/dl
b) Uncontrolled Hypertensive patients BP �140/90 mm of Hg.
c) Microalbuminuria originating due to other diseases
d) Patients with other severe complications of Diabetes Mellitus.
e) Serum creatinine more than 2.5 mg.
f) Albumin >300mg/day.
g) G.F.R. <60 ml/min.
h) Any other serious systemic illness.
