- •1 ASA-1&2
- •2 Patients undergoing elective TURBT under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1 Female patients
- •2 Patients undergoing emergency surgery
- •3 Refusal by the patients
- •4 Patients with bladder outflow obstruction or overactive bladder (frequency greater than three times per night or more than eight times per 24 h)
- •5 Patients having autonomic neuropathy
- •6 Patients with renal dysfunction (serum creatinine >1.6mg/dl)
- •7 Patients with neurogenic bladder
- •8 Heart failure and arrhythmia
- •9 Morbid obesity
- •10 Patient with hepatic dysfunction
- •11 Known allergy to the study drug
- •12 Patient affected with any psychiatric illness
