入选标准
- •1. Patient undergoing any kind of abdominal surgery
- •2. ASA grade 1 to 3
排除标准
- •1. Patient refuse to give consent
- •2. Patients with history of Dementia, severe anaemia (Haematocrist <30%), intracranial events (stroke, bleeding),altered sensorium, uncontrolled hypertension, Hemodynamic unstable patient.
- •3. Acute cardiac events.
- •Patients allergic to drug under study
- •Patient with history of sleep apnea syndrome, morbidity obese patient.
- •Duration of surgery extending >4hrs, patient went to postoperative ventilatory support
