•1.Grade I or Grade II fatty liver confirmed by ultrasonography, and elevated ALT levels above the normal upper limit:
•greater than 30 IU per mL for males
•greater than 19 IU per mL for females
•2.Any one out of five criteria
•a.Overweight or obesity BMI greater than or equal 25 kg per meter squre or 23 kg per meter squre for Asians or waist circumference greater than or equal 90 cm in men and greater or equal 80 cm in women.
•b.Glycated haemoglobin 5.7 percentage to 6.4 percentage, fasting plasma glucose ranging from 100 to 125 mg per dL, OGTT 140-199 mg per dl. In Type 2 diabetes mellitus HbAlc of greater than or equal 6.5 percentage fasting plasma glucose of greater than or equal 126 mg per dL or
•OGTT greater than or equal 200 mg per dl
•c.In Hypertension Blood pressure greater than or equal 130/85 mmHg or on antihypertensive medication.
•d.In High triglycerides greater than or equal 150 mg per dL or on lipid lowering treatment.
•e.Low HDL cholesterol less than 40 mg per dL in men or less than 50 mg per dL in women.
•age 18 to 65 year
•Participants of either sex or transgender.

•a. Not providing with written informed consent of voluntary participation.
•b. Individuals with MASLD Fibrosis 4 score greater than 2.
•that is mild to moderate
•c. Individuals with regular or excessive use of alcohol, tobacco, substance abuse, or any other form of addiction.
•d. History of Viral hepatitis B or C, autoimmune hepatitis.
•e. Cholestatic and other metabolic liver diseases, liver transplants, and hemochromatosis
•f. Combined with uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension, renal or cardiac disease, stroke or any other severe systemic diseases affecting quality of life.
•g. Immune compromised state.
•h. Patients currently taking oral contraceptive pills
•i. Too unwell to take part.
•j. Patient with unstable psychiatric disorder.
•k. Pregnancy and puerperal and Lactating women.
•l. Undergoing homoeopathic treatment for any chronic disease within last 6 months.
•m. individuals who are simultaneously participating in any other clinical trial.
