Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Study involves observation of complications of Total Intravenous Anaesthesia in paediatric patients of 0 to 12years of age electively posted for MRI studies under sedation belonging to ASA 1 and ASA 2\.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient refusal
- •2 Age more than 12 years
- •3\.Difficult airway and craniofacial anomalies
- •4 Severe cardiac and pulmonary pathology
- •5 Raised intracranial pressure
- •6 Status epilepticus
- •7 Cases requiring endotracheal intubation
- •8 Drug allergy to Propofol,Fentanyl,Midazolam,Ketamine,Dexmedetomidine
- •9 History of adverse events during previous procedures under TIVA
- •10 Full stomach
