Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Study involves observation of complications of Total Intravenous Anaesthesia in paediatric patients of 0 to 12years of age electively posted for MRI studies under sedation belonging to ASA 1 and ASA 2\.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient refusal
  • •2 Age more than 12 years
  • •3\.Difficult airway and craniofacial anomalies
  • •4 Severe cardiac and pulmonary pathology
  • •5 Raised intracranial pressure
  • •6 Status epilepticus
  • •7 Cases requiring endotracheal intubation
  • •8 Drug allergy to Propofol,Fentanyl,Midazolam,Ketamine,Dexmedetomidine
  • •9 History of adverse events during previous procedures under TIVA
  • •10 Full stomach
