Primary Outcome Measures

(1) Differences in StO2 and extended noninvasive hemodynamic parameters in subjects with and without shock.<br>(2) Differences in StO2 and extended noninvasive hemodynamic parameters in subjects with cardiac arrest with and without return of spontaneous circulation.
Secondary Outcome Measures

(1) Correlation of StO2 and extended noninvasive hemodynamic parameters with end-tidal CO2 (etCO2) in ventilated subjects in cardiac arrest and shock.<br>(2) Correlation of StO2 and extended noninvasive hemodynamic parameters with hospital and intensive care unit length of stay, morbidity, and mortality, respectively.<br>(3) Comparison of the duration of undetected hypotension phases in all groups of persons compared with standard ambulance monitoring.<br>
