Patient with grade 3 or 4 have gynecomastia
Absence of liver diseases
Absence of thyroid diseases
Absence of kidney diseases
Absence of malignancy
Lack of hormonal changes in estrogen to progesterone ratio

Exclusion Criteria

Mortality
Lack of patient cooperation

iposuction and resection of subcutaneous resection without incision around the areolar, with liposuction and resection of subcutaneous resection with areolar incision. Timepoint: Days 21, 7, and 3 months and 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Complete a checklist and record visit information.
