Inclusion Criteria
25 normotensive and 25 severely preeclamptic pregnant women with singleton gestation admitted to labour room for normal vaginal delivery
Exclusion Criteria
•Obese gravida , BMI > 35kg/m2 (pre pregnancy)
• MMG 4 at first assessment
• Patients with preexisting airway abnormalities
•Patients receiving labour analgesia
