The volunteer must have performed some treatment in the outpatient clinics of the Dentistry Department of the Federal University of Sergipe; it should have its oral volatile sulfur compound levels higher than seventy-five parts per billion at initial reading.
Smokers; alcoholics; pregnant women; patients with mental disorders that make it difficult to understand questions present on the form; patients with morphological alterations in the tongue; patients with motor dysfunction that prevents the use of the tongue scraper.

Name Time Method It is expected that in the user's perception the PET scraper will be able to clean the tongue in a manner similar to the commercial scraper.

Name Time Method The PET scraper is easy to use in a manner similar to the commercial scraper.;The PET scraper does not cause nausea during tongue scraping in a manner similar to the commercial scraper.;The PET scraper is comfortable during tongue scraping in a manner similar to the commercial scraper.;It is expected that the PET scraper has the ability to reduce the levels of oral volatile sulfur compounds in a manner at least similar to the commercial scraper when tongue scraping is performed by the user.
