Inclusion Criteria

1. Age under 18 years
2. Diagnosed with high risk neuroblastoma
3. Treated at Ramathibodi Hospital
4. Shortening fraction 25% or more than 25%
5. Glomerular filtration rate 50 or more than 50 ml/1.73m2/min
6. Available stem cell transplantation in family members
7. No pregnancy
8. Signed informed consent

1. Denied to enroll in the trial
