Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy volunteers; postmenopausal; aged between 47 and 80 years; non\-smokers or drinkers; non\-vegetarians; well\-trained in strength training
Exclusion Criteria
- •Volunteers with musculoskeletal, thromboembolic, and gastrointestinal diseases; a history of cardiovascular or infectious diseases; or the presence of varicose veins in the legs
