Inclusion Criteria

18-45 years old patients with ASA class 1&2; Term pregnancy(Gestational age 36-40 week) and candidate for cesarean section under spinal anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria: High risk and Multiple pregnancy; Emergency cesarean section; Pre-eclampcia and eclampcia; Cardio vascular disorders; Respiratory disoeders; Thyroid diseases; Hypertension and spinal anesthesia contraindications( Patient refusal; Increasing of intracranial pressure; Regional infection; Coagulopathy; Anemia and hypovolemia).
