Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with deliberate self\-harm (15\-29yers)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Participants will be excluded if they: 1\) are currently receiving psychological treatment, 2\) have prior experience of Mindfulness, 3\) intellectual impairment, 4\) not cooperative due to severe illness of any kind, not giving consent
