Inclusion Criteria

1. Voluntary participants in this cohort study and signed informed consent form;
2. Subjects aged 35-80 years;
3. People who have lived in the local area for more than one year.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with severe infectious diseases, severe physical disabilities, mental disorders, or unable to communicate normally;
2. Patients with active gastrointestinal bleeding, severe thrombocytopenia, coagulation dysfunction and other hematological diseases in recent 3 months;
3. The subjects with unstable vital signs have serious electrolyte disorder;
4. Pregnant women, lactating women or women with pregnancy plans in the near future;
5. Subjects who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials in recent 3 months;
6. The researchers think that it is not suitable to participate in this cohort study.
