Age between 70 and 30 years
EF greater than 35%
Reading and writing literacy to answer the questionnaire
Carotid artery stenosis less than 50%
Candidate for coronary artery bypass graft surgery
Patient consent to participate in the study
MOCA score above 25 in the initial assessment
History of previous CVA
History of alcohol and antidepressants and abuse of benzodiazepines
No mental retardation
Carotid artery stenosis above 50% or calcified aorta
Coronary artery bypass graft surgery along with other heart surgeries

Name Time Method Cognitive performance score in the questionnaire. Timepoint: One day before surgery and one month after surgery. Method of measurement: Montreal Moca Questionnaire.
