Inclusion Criteria
Patients aged 18 to 59 years.
Males and females.
American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA)status 1 and 2.
Undergoing surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient refusal.
Pregnancy.
Significant hepatic, renal and metabolic disorers and neuromuscular diseases.
Known allergy to cisatracurium.
Those with anticipated difficult intubation.
