1.Diagnosed Type II DM patients on Oral hypoglycemic drugs since 1 to 5 years of age group 30 to 50 years of either sex.
2. Patients who are co-operative and willing to participate in the study.
1. Type I DM and Type II DM patient on Insulin.
2. Patients with any other comorbidity like Asthma, COPD, endocrine disorders, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, or any other chronic illnesses.
3. Patient having any addiction.
4. Patient of known case of any blood disorders.
5. Gestational DM Patients.

To evaluate the Body composition parameters in Type-II Diabetes Mellitus patients. <br/ ><br>3. To evaluate the Lipid Profile in Type-II Diabetes Mellitus patients. <br/ ><br>4. To evaluate the status of Ayurvedic Physiological Factors like Jatharagni, Koshta Prakruti, Saarta in Type-II Diabetes Mellitus patients. <br/ ><br>5. To enlighten the causative factors for vitiation of Meda Dhatu in Type-II DM patients and educate the society through Diet and Lifestyle Management according to Ayurveda. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: At baseline
