入选标准
- •indication for isolated gluteal tendon refixation without accompanying additional surgical measures in the hip joint area
- •-patient age = 18 years
排除标准
- •-Symptomatic accompanying pathologies of the hip joint to be treated
- •-symptomatic, but radiologically significant degenerative, congenital or surgically induced changes in the hip joint to be treated (e.g. coxarthrosis grade 3 or higher according to Kellgren and Lawrence, higher grade hip dysplasia with CE angle <20°, after osteotomy or endoprosthetic treatment)
- •-accompanying diseases that have an influence on the gait pattern
- •-obesity, which makes it impossible to carry out a valid gait analysis (guideline value BMI <30-35, depending on fat distribution pattern).
