1.Patients must be 18 years of age or older
2.Stable refractive error for at least 1 year
3.Myopia >=1D and & <12 D
4.Astigmatism <=4D
5.Minimum calculated residual corneal stromal bed thickness of at least 300µm
6.Patients giving informed consent for trial
7.Patients willing for follow up
1.Hyperopic patients
2.Patients with pre-operative severe dry eye
3.Patients diagnosed with external ocular disease or history of previous ocular surgery
4.Subjects with permanent or temporary lacrimal punctual occlusion
5.Taking systemic medications likely to affect wound healing, such as corticosteroids and antimetabolites
6.Patients suffering from systemic diseases likely to affect wound healing, such as diabetes,connective tissue disease, and severe atopy; pregnancy or nursing
7.Keratoconus/forme-fruste keratoconus/ Pellucid Marginal Degeneration patients
8.Progressive or unstable myopia and/or astigmatism
9.Previous corneal surgery/Re-surgery
