1.Female with BMI equal and more than 30.0( >30)
2.Subjects with Waist to hip ratio > 0.9
3.Subject who are willing to give blood sample
4.Subjects with history of stable weight (no significance weight change in last 2 months).
5.Subjects who are willing to give consent.
1.Subjects of Age less than 20yrs and greater than 45yrs.
2.Subjects with BMI less than 30( <30)
3.Subjects suffering from congenital anomalies.
4.Subjects suffering from HTN, Diabetes, Thyroid, PCOS and other endocrinal disorder.
5.Vital signs outside the reference range.
6.Pregnant and lactating women.
7.Females using any type contraceptive pills
