Inclusion Criteria
Patients obtaining a score of less than 20 on the NIH Stroke Scale
- Diagnosis of Middle cerebral Artery Stroke
- Completed Primary education
-Understanding of Kannada/ English/Hindi
Exclusion Criteria
Patients receiving a score of greater than 20 on the NIH Stroke Scale
- Complete bilateral paralysis
- Inability to comprehend instructions
- Hearing impairment
- Comorbid conditions : Delirium, Dementia, traumatic brain injury and severe mental illness
