Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing breast cancer surgery with/without lymph node dissection
Exclusion Criteria
Age < 18 years
ASA � IV
Bleeding disorders
Contraindications or allergy to any of study drugs including local anaesthetics, NSAIDs.
Infection at the paravertebral insertion site.
Pregnancy or breast feeding, obesity.
Any hearing or visual loss, any neurological or mental disorder.
Patients undergoing redo surgery.
Patient with significant co-morbid illness influencing the measurement of biomarkers like Wilsonââ?¬•s disease, Cushingââ?¬•s disease etc.
