入选标准
- •the patients who underwent primary total knee arthroplasty due to end-stage osteoarthritis
排除标准
- •contraindication to spinal anesthesia or conversion to general anesthesia due to failure of spinal anesthesia
- •patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty, not due to osteoarthritis
- •revision total knee arthroplasty
- •patients undergoing bilateral total knee arthroplasty, 2nd surgery of staged total knee arthroplasty
- •patients with an allergy to 5-HT3 receptor antagonists
- •history of using streoid or other antiemetic drugs within 24 hours before surgery
- •in the case of patient's medical condition which prevent using ramosetron
