- •Children with pneumonia as per IMNCI guidelines, axillary temperature >35 degree-Celsius, Hb >9g/dl, BP >5th centile for age, SaO2 70-100% and pCO2 45 mmHg
排除标准
- •Known h/o asthma, symptoms resolving after 3 bronchodilator treatments or recurrent nebulization, congenital heart disease, left heart failure, acute and chronic renal failure, meningitis. Ulcer, burns, edema or dressing in probe area. Blood disorders (methemoglobenemia, carboxyhemoglobinemia). Severe dehydration or shock, CRT >3s
