Inclusion Criteria
Babies born through meconium stained amniotic fluid, cried immediately, not cyanosed and period of gestation > 34 weeks.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Congenital Anomaly
2.Antenatal USG suggestive of GI anomaly
3.Requiring Oxygen at birth
4.Unstable vitals in the first hour of birth
