Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •clinical manifestations like blanching and stiffness of oral mucosa, trismus, repeated vesicular eruption and ulceration on buccal mucosa,palate and pillars, burning sensation in mouth intolerance to eat hot and spicy food.
- •reduced mobility of soft palate and tongue.
- •IID of more than 15mm.
Exclusion Criteria
- •extensive fibrosis, severe trismus.
- •if any malignancy.
- •oral manifestation of scleroderma
- •oral lichen planus
- •patients not willing to give up addiction
