Inclusion Criteria
Patients presenting with classical signs & symptoms of BPH.
Patients of any cast, religion.
Controlled case of Diabetes mellitus and Hypertension.
Prostate size (volume) up to 50 cc in USG KUB.
post void residual volume upto 100 cc
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with malignancy.
Prostate size (volume) more than 50cc in USG.
post void residual volume more than 100cc.
Patients with systemic diseases like Tuberculosis, HIV, HBsAg, Uncontrolled DM and HTN.
Patients with coagulopathy like Haemophilia and Von Will brandâ??s disease.
Vulnerable group of people like mentally ill.
