- •1. Refusal to consent
- •2. Contraindication to TAP block and epidural analgesia such as
- •a) soft-tissue infection of the abdominal wall and skin;
- •b) patients suffering from coagulopathy
- •c) those requiring postoperative mechanical ventilation;
