Inclusion Criteria

Agree to accept this clinical trial, which meets the diagnostic criteria of ultrasound imaging of carotid artery unstable plaque; meets the diagnostic criteria of TCM Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome; age 45 years or older; have not taken other traditional Chinese medicines or proprietary Chinese medicines, or have stopped taking medicine for more than 4 weeks; Those who have not received other trials within 3 months.

Exclusion Criteria

(1) Grade 4 cardiac function or pulmonary edema;
(2) Severe primary brain and lung diseases and liver and kidney dysfunction;
(3) Allergic to traditional Chinese medicine;
(4) Patients with malignant diseases;
(5) Severe inflammatory disease;
(6) patients with bleeding diseases;
(7) malignant arrhythmia;
(8) acute coronary syndrome;
(9) Mental patients;
(10) Pregnant or nursing women;
(11) Those who participated in other clinical trials within the past month.
