简要总结
本研究拟在我院开展的 PKP，SPKP 术式基础上进行临床研究，采用前瞻性随机对照实验的方式，对比 PKP，单边穿刺的 PKP 手术，SPKP 等相关术式进行研究对比，以期对比 SPKP 手术与既往 PKP 手术的差别，以及疗效、手术时间、影像学表现等方面的差异，验证其临床安全性和疗效。

入排标准
- 年龄范围
- 60 至 —（—）
- 性别
- All
入选标准
- •1.年龄≥60 岁，胸椎、腰椎骨质疏松性压缩骨折；
- •2.椎体压缩程度大于 1/4 者；
- •3.胸、腰背部疼痛伴脊柱活动度下降患者；
- •4.CT、MRI 检查提示，病椎后壁及椎弓根完整且为椎体新鲜性骨折。
排除标准
- •1.椎体存在结核、化脓等感染性病变者；
- •2.椎体骨折线越过椎体后缘或椎体后缘骨质破坏、不完整者；
- •3.凝血功能障碍，有出血倾向者；
- •4.心肺肝肾功能衰竭，有明确手术禁忌者；
- •5.体质虚弱不能较长时间耐受局麻手术及手术体位需要者。
