Inclusion Criteria
Age limit - 18 to 50 years
Both the Gender(Even though a female specific disorder)
Morning stiffness more than 1 hour
Arthritis of hand joints
Arthritis of 3 or more joints
Symmetrical arthritis
Anti-cyclic citrullinated Peptide (Anti CCP) Positive
Exclusion Criteria
Age below 18 and above 50 years
Rheumatic fever
Psoriatic arthropathy
Reiters syndrome
Gouty arthritis
Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
Progressive systemic sclerosis
Pregnant women and lactating mothers
Any other serious systemic illness
will be excluded clinically or based on medical reports
