入选标准
- •Written consent to participate in the study after informed consent by the surgeon o Valid driving license
- •At least 2 years of driving experience
- •Cementless implant
- •Full weight bearing on the operated extremity should be possible
- •Follow-up treatment takes place in one of the cooperating rehabilitation facilities
排除标准
- •Preoperative:
- •Paralysis and impairment of the lower extremities
- •Diabetic foot syndrome
- •Severe polyneuropathies
- •Insufficient resilience of the lower extremity(s)
- •Severe foot deformity with reduced resilience
- •Radicular problems in the lumbar spine and hips
- •Neurological and psychiatric underlying diseases
- •Pain in the lumbar spine and hips
- •Multiple surgical pretreatments of the affected extremities
- •Post-operative:
- •Only partial loading possible
- •Femur fractures/fissures
- •Dislocation or infections
