Inclusion Criteria
Older adults of either gender above 55 years of age. Residing in long-term care settings. Mini COG scores greater than or equal to 3. A Barthel index greater than or equal to 60 points.
Exclusion Criteria
Critically ill Terminally ill Active infection.Bed-bound Wheelchair bound.
Acute onset (less than 30 days) of cardiorespiratory disease.
Orthopedic Neurological Renal Disease.
Recent injury and surgery of the hand (less than 60 days).
Any hand and knee joint deformity.
