Inclusion Criteria

a)Enrolled for ART care at the Suba Sub County hospital for at least six months.
b)Owns or has access to a mobile phone
c)Should have a routine ART care at the facility for the entire 9-month study period.
d)Aged between 15-24 years

Exclusion Criteria

a)Not enrolled for ART care at the Sub county hospital for at least 6 months
b)Does not have or able to access a mobile phone
c)Not available for 9-month study period
d)Aged below 15 years and above 24 years

1. Uptake of the interventions among those eligible for the study. Assessed by measuring the proportion of eligible adolescents who agree to join and remain in the study.<br>2. Documented barriers to and facilitators of intervention delivery among participants in the intervention arm. This will be achieved by reviewing the barriers and facilitators listed by the intervention implementers, and proportion of those enrolled in intervention arm. <br>
