- •1\. 25 adults ( \>18yrs) cases
- •2\. Major hepatic resection \>3 segments
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.On therapeutic doses of thromboprophylaxis
- •2\.Abnormal coagulation or platelets
- •3\.Any known coagulation disorder
- •4\.Refusal of consent
