入排标准
入选标准
- •1.All aSAH patients 18-70 years of age
- •2.Admitted to the hospital within 72 hours of ictus
- •3.Ruptured anterior cerebral circulation aneurysm with subarachnoid hemorrhage on admission cranial computed tomography (CT) scan with modified Fisher grade of 3-4
- •4.World Federation of Neurological Surgeons (WFNS) grade 1 to 3
- •5.Informed Consent for participation in the study
排除标准
- •1.Refusal of consent
- •2.Patients with multiple aneurysms
- •3.Baseline Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP) >200 mm Hg
- •4.Patients with intraoperative iatrogenic injury or inadvertent clipping of intracranial arteries
- •5.Any contraindication for the use of ketamine like acute psychosis, previous known ischemic heart diseases.
- •6.Mean arterial pressure (MAP) increases by more than 20% from baseline (on that day) following infusion
