Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Both males and Females
  • Subjects between the Age of 30 â?? 50 years
  • Patients with Secondary lumbar canal stenosis at the level of Lâ?? and below
  • Patients with MRI scan depicting Antero\-posterior lumbar canal diameter of 8\-12mm on MRI
  • Functional disability more than 40% in MODI questionnaire
  • Neurogenic claudication
  • Patients with radiculopathy

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients with Vascular claudication
  • Patients with previous history of spinal fractures or surgeries like laminectomy
  • Any other conditions like Spondylitis, infection (osteomyelitis) or metabolic diseases
  • Patients of hip or knee Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Cardiac or pulmonary disease that limits walking
