Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Both males and Females
- •Subjects between the Age of 30 â?? 50 years
- •Patients with Secondary lumbar canal stenosis at the level of Lâ?? and below
- •Patients with MRI scan depicting Antero\-posterior lumbar canal diameter of 8\-12mm on MRI
- •Functional disability more than 40% in MODI questionnaire
- •Neurogenic claudication
- •Patients with radiculopathy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with Vascular claudication
- •Patients with previous history of spinal fractures or surgeries like laminectomy
- •Any other conditions like Spondylitis, infection (osteomyelitis) or metabolic diseases
- •Patients of hip or knee Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis
- •Cardiac or pulmonary disease that limits walking
