Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA 1 to 3 patients undergoing elective supratentorial craniotomy under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients having Glasgow coma scale (GCS) \<13,
- •Inability to communicate or comprehend, Known to local anaesthetics allergy, Previous history of craniotomy, Planned for postoperative ventilator support, History of drug/alcohol abuse were excluded
