Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • ASA 1 to 3 patients undergoing elective supratentorial craniotomy under general anaesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients having Glasgow coma scale (GCS) \<13,
  • Inability to communicate or comprehend, Known to local anaesthetics allergy, Previous history of craniotomy, Planned for postoperative ventilator support, History of drug/alcohol abuse were excluded
