Inclusion Criteria
Patients who plan to perform split-thickness skin graft procedure
Exclusion Criteria
1. Hematologic disorder
2. Platelet count less than 100,000 per microliter of blood
3. Severe cardiopulmonary disease or septicemia
4. Severe malnutrition
5. Systemic corticosteroid used within 2 weeks before surgery
6. HIV/ AIDS
7. Pregnancy
8. Inflammation or infection of donor site
9. Loss follow-up patients
10. Patients who refuse to participate in the research project
