  • Physical status score > 1
  • Anesthesia of duration > 1 hour
  • Visceral, orthopaedic, vascular, thoracic surgery, neurosurgery
Exclusion Criteria
  • Technical incapacity of accessibility to the ultrasound window
  • Cardiac or pulmonary transplant
