Inclusion Criteria
- •K/C/O THALASSEMIA PATIENT WILL BE PREFERRED HAVING LAKSHANAS OF SANNIPATAJ PANDU
- •AGE BETWEEN 20 TO 40 YEARS
Exclusion Criteria
- •K/C/O HIV HBV INFECTION HEPATIC FAILUERE OR SUCH MAJOR ILLNESS WILL BE EXCLUDED
- •PATIENT HAVING HAEMORRAGIC DESORDERS LIKE COAGULATION FACTOR DEFICIENCIES HEAMOPHILIA THROMBOCYTOPENIA
- •PREGNANT WOMAN
- •ANY MAJOR SURGICAL INTERVENTION LIKE SPLENECTOMY WILL BE EXCLUDED
