•Patients diagnosed with moderate to severe symptomatic irreversible pulpitis and symptomatic apical periodontitis will be included.

•Patients will be excluded if:
•a)the offending tooth have no occlusal contact,
•premature contact,
•b)more than 2 missing walls,
•c)associated with acute or chronic periapical abscess,
•d)have fewer than three teeth on one side of the jaw,
•e)have greater than grade I mobility or pocket depth greater than 5mm,
•f)is not restorable,
•g)or the patient is pregnant woman they report with bruxism or clenching,
•h)If analgesics or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have been administrated during the past 12 hours preoperatively that might alter their pain perception.
•i)If unusual canal anatomy or canal calcification is there.
•j)if canal patency at apical terminus will not be obtained
