Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Neonate born more than 35 weeks of gestational age with perinatal asphyxia
  • •Neonate who has HIE – Stage I \& II (Sarnat et al 1976\)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Neonates with weight less than 1000gm, and associated co\-morbidities
  • •Neonates who are under invasive mechanical ventilation
  • •Neonates with respiratory and cardiac congenital anomalies
  • •Neonates who underwent surgical procedures and those with genetic syndromes, any segmental or lobar collapse confirmed on chest X\-ray
  • •Neonates with hypoglycemia
