1. Patient fulfilling all the diagnostic criteria 2. Patient of either sex within the age group of 20 to 40 years
3. Patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury associated with other soft tissue injuries of knee
(Posterior Cruciate Ligament injury, menisci injuries, medial and lateral collateral ligament injuries)
4. Patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury with grade 1, 2 and 3 of both acute and chronic
injuries
1. Osteoarthritis of the knee joint
2. Inflammatory arthritis of the knee joint
3. Patients who have undergone reconstructive surgery for anterior cruciate ligament tear
4. Patients who are receiving chemotherapy, radiation, and corticosteroids as it may interfere the swedana procedure
5. Patients with joint effusion are excluded
