Brief Summary

NEED OF STUDY: Mandagni ( weak digestive capacity) is the root cause of almost diseases.Hence a categorical statement that "all diseases are due to mandagni (weak digestive capacity)" can be justified here.so by maintaining digestive power in normal state,we can prevent further diseases. In view of this the practical implementation of this study found to be possible and easily adaptable. Through Ayurveda had briefly explained the concept of digestive power there is some lacuna in establishing the effect of ghritpana in the victim of weak digestive capacity( mandagni). so how long it will take for weak digestive capacity( mandagni) to transform it in to normal digestive capacity (samagni) with the help of ghritpana need to be established.

Inclusion Criteria

• Individuals of age 18 to 50 years irrespective of sex,cast,and religions will be selected for the study.
• person having mandagni will be selected for study on the basis of agnipareekshanpatrak.

Exclusion Criteria

• Individual suffering from systemic disease and congenital anomalies.
• Individual having tikshanagni,vishmagni and samagni.
• Person who are under other treatment modalities.
• Individual with asatmyatva of ghrita.
• Study will not conducted in varsha ritu.
