- •Patients scheduled for bilateral simultaneous total knee arthroplasty. Patients scheduled for unilateral total knee arthroplasty combined with implant removal. Patients who had allergy or intolerance to one of the study drugs, regular narcotic use, renal insufficiency and prolonged QT interval on ECG.
