Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Age more than 18 years
  • 2\.Clinical obstructive jaundice from potentially unresectable malignant distal biliary stricture diagnosed by CT or MRI or ERCP with or without cyto\-pathological confirmation
  • 3\.Upper margin of the stricture is located below hilar at least 10 mm
  • 4\.No prior biliary drainage by other methods

Exclusion Criteria

  • Exclusion criteria
  • 1\.Pregnancy
  • 2\.Contraindications for ERCP
